Veggie Fajita

This is a Mexican dish. But I experimented it with our ingredients and it turned out to be decent enough to eat. The most important thing I like about it is that , the whole cooking process consumes only 20 mins of our precious time. This fajita is without the meat but with only onions and bell peppers. We can use red, green as well as yellow peppers. But I had only red peppers at that time, so cooked the dish with only it.

Ingredients:
Already prepared pulkas or chapathis (I prepared fresh pulkas)
Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp
One sliced onion(I used red onion, white onions will also be good)
One sliced bell pepper
Soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
Hot sauce - Depending on the spice level
Crushed red peppers - 1 Tbsp
Oil & Salt - To Taste

Method:
Put 3 tablespoons of oil in the non-stick cooking pan. After the oil heats, add mustard seeds, crushed red peppers. After a min, add onions and bell peppers and saute. As they saute , add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and cook for another 8 mins. Cook on high heat. Add hot sauce depending on your spice levels and add salt to taste.

After it is done, take required amount into a pulka and wrap it and enjoy the Indian style fajita.
Very simple, isn't it??

Bell peppers also have many additional health benefits:
