If you have left-over rice at home and planning to do something out of it, here is an easy recipe which can be cooked in just 10 mins of your time.
Ingredients:
Cooked rice - 1 Cup
Roasted Peanuts - 1/2 Cup
Dhaniya-jeera powder - 1 Tsp
Crushed peppers - 1 Tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
Bell Peppers - 1
Oil & Salt - To Taste
Method:
Saute bell peppers and put them aside.
Now take roasted peanuts,dhaniya-jeera powder,crushed red peppers,salt,turmeric powder and grind to a paste.
Add this paste to the cooked rice and sauteed bell peppers and cook for just 3 mins so that all blend well.
Serve hot.
