The Rainy season is here. I couldn't think of anything else other than hot hot onion pakoras. :)
Ingredients:
Besan-2 cups
Onions-4
Green chillis-8
Salt
Oil to fry
1 inch of ginger
Method:
Cut onions into very thin slices.
Cut green chillis into tiny pieces.
Add besan to chillis and onions and add water until a consistent paste . Make sure you don't add too much of water.
Cut ginger into very very small pieces and add to them to the above mixture.
Add salt to it.
Take a pan and add oil to fry the pakoras.
Take bite sized pieces and fry until brown.
