Ingredients:
Onion - 1
Chillis - 3
Urad dal - 2 Tsp
Channa dal - 2 Tsp
Garlic pods - 2
Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 Tsp
Tomatoes - 2
Frozen paneer
Palak (Spinach)
Coriander-cumin powder
Turmeric powder - 1/2 Tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 Tbsp
Olive oil - 2 Tbsp
Method:
Boil tomatoes until peel falls apart.
Make a puree out of it. Put it aside.
Take a non-stick pan, add olive oil, chillis cut into thin pieces,garlic pods cut into pieces, cumin seeds,mustard seeds.
After garlic turns a little brown, add onions.
Add turmeric powder and chilli powder. Add cumin coriander powder.
Once onions turn transparent, add tomato puree.
Cook tomatoes until there is no raw material.
Take palak leaves and make a paste out of it. Add palak to the puree.
Cook for few more minutes and add frozen paneer pieces(which were pre-fried).
Cook until everything is fully cooked. Add sufficient salt .
Take into a separate bowl.
Pulkas and palak paneer is a very good combination.
