Chikkudikaaya Vepudu

Ingredients:
Chikkudikaayalu
Onion - 1
Garlic pods - 1
Minapappu for popu
Sengapappu for popu
Chilli powder - 1/2 tb
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tb
Salt to taste
Olive oil - 3tb
Cumin seeds
Mustard seeds
Coriander-cumin powder

Method:
Cut chikkudikaaya into pieces













Cut onion into thin slices and also cut garlic pods into thin pieces...









Take non-stick pan, add oil ,cumin seeds,mustard seeds, garlic pieces, minapappu, senagapappu.
After 3 mins add onions.









Add turmeric powder, and fry onions until transparent...










Add chikkudikaaya pieces to it...













Add chilli powder,cumin-coriander powder to it and fry until Chikkudikaaya is cooked.









Take the curry into a separate bowl. Tastes good with rice.
