Egg Burji (Kodiguddu Poratu)


Ingredients:
Onion - 1
Green chillis - 3
Mustard seeds - 1 Tsp
Minappau or Urad Dal - 2 Tsp
Chana Dal - 2 Tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp
Eggs - 4
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/4th Tsp
Olive oil - 2 Tbsp

Method:

Beat the eggs and take it in one bowl.











Cut onions and green chillis into pieces and get all the items ready.








Take a non-stick pan, and add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal,Chana Dal, green chillis. After 2 mins, add onions and add turmeric powder.










After onions turn transparent, add the eggs and beat continuously while cooking.








Cook until eggs are fully cooked and add salt to taste.
Take the curry into a separate bowl.










Serve with hot rice
