Ingredients:
Potatoes - 1
Onions - 2
Curry Leaves - 5
Mustard seeds - 1 Tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp
Garlic flakes - 2
Senaga pappu for popu - 2 Tsp
Green Chillis - 4
Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tbsp
Senaga Pindi (Besan) - 4 Tbsp
Turmeric power - 1/4 Tsp
Oil & Salt - To Taste
Method:
First Take a Non-stick pan and add 2 tbsp veg oil.
Then add all popu materials- Mustard seeds,cumin seeds,garlic flakes,green chillis cut into pieces,pinch of turmeric powder. After 2 mins,add thinly sliced onions and cook till rawness is gone.
Now add potatoes cut into pieces.Cook until potatoes and onions are fully cooked. Add garam masala powder to it. Now take a bowl and put 4 tbsp of senaga pindi and make a paste with half a cup of water.Add this to the pan and stir continuously.Allow them to be cooked for another 3 mins and then add salt to taste.
Puri Curry can be served hot with Chapathis or Puris.
